The historic centre
Jongno District is the historic centre of Seoul. Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Sungkyunkwan and Dongdaemun all lie within it, along with many sites that date back to the Goryeo period.
Gwangjang Market
One of the oldest and largest traditional markets in South Korea, with food stalls and restaurants selling traditional cuisine. Its fame rests on bindaetteok and mayak gimbap.
Insadong and Ikseondong
Both sit within a ten-minute walk of the studio, and the streets around it are known for shopping, live music and nightlife.
Gyeongbokgung Palace
The main royal palace of the Joseon dynasty is close enough to visit straight after a brunch class.
Getting back
Jonggak Station on Line 1 is 15 metres from the studio, so the train is the easy way back to your hotel or on to your next stop.
Choosing your session
Brunch leaves the afternoon free for the palace and the market; the early dinner session leaves the evening for Insadong. Pick the one that fits your day.
